Received report of section officer P.L.A. section dated 05.12.2022 as directed under the order dated 01.12.2022. On perusal of the same, it appears that the present applicant nos. 1, 2 3 and 6 only are entitled to withdraw the amounts as shown in the last column in front of them.

As per the aforesaid report, there is no balance amount of applicant Nos. 4, 5 and 7. The applicant No.7 Marotirao had already died during the pendency of trial and further, it is reported that applicant No.8 Tanhabai is also no more. However, nothing is remained to be withdrawn by her. As such, the aforesaid report dated 05.12.2022 is made part of this order and the balance amount as shown against the names of applicant Nos. 1, 2 3 and 6 be disbursed to them on proper verification alongwith the interest accrued thereon. 3.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
