The Collector, Beed, shall take decision in the matter in respect of regularisation of encroachment on the gairan land in consonance with decision of the Surpeme Court in the matter of Jagpal Singh and others Vs. State of Punjab and others reported in (2011)11 SCC 396 as well as policy of the State Government reflected in Government Resolution dated 12.07.2011. Appropriate decision be taken within a period of four months from today. Writ petition stands disposed of.
