Mr Salgare, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, there are obstructions on the public road. The petitioner had approached the authorities. As per Government Resolution dt. 27.02.2018, the committees are also constituted. The Tahsildar has also directed the Circle Officer to make inspection and report about the actual position and take further action under letter dt. 17.04.2018, but nothing has been done thereafter. 2.

The Tahsildar shall proceed further pursuant to his letter dt. 17.04.2018 (Exh. E) and after considering the report of the Circle

2 46WP12028.2018 Officer, the authorities may take further steps as per the Government Resolution dt. 27.02.2018. The Committee constituted in that regard shall also take further steps accordingly. Learned Assistant Government Pleader shall communicate the same to the respective authorities. The petitioner may also approach the committee constituted under the Government Resolution dt. 27.02.2018 for the purpose of removal of obstructions on the public road, if any. The committee shall consider the application/representation of the petitioner on its own merits, expeditiously, preferably within four months.
