Heard. The challenge in both these revision applications is to the orders refusing to grant interim

C.R.A No.10/2018 with C.R.A No.212/2017 :: 2 ::

injunction. Both the applications were decided by common order dated 19/7/2017. Over five years have passed thereafter. It would be desirable that the main suits are decided on merits. Even pending these Civil Revision Applications, the suits could have been decided. Instead of deciding these Civil Revision Applications on merits, the Civil Revision Applications stand disposed of with a request to the Wakf Tribunal to decide both the suits, being Suit No.84/2015 and 76/2016 within a time frame of one year from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
