By way of present writ petition, the petitioner challenges the impugned order dated 12.6.2025 passed below Exh. 5 in R.C.A. No. 11/2022 by the learned learned District Judge, Amalner, District Jalgaon. 3.

Today the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being of 87 years of age and therefore he is not able to get the fruits of the decree due to the pendency of the appeal before the District Court.

Considering the same, the Appellate Court is directed to decide the pending appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any event within 9 months from the date of production of this order. 5.

I am informed that notices in the appeal notices are already issued and all the parties have appeared in the matter. 6.
