We have perused the judgment and order, dated 8th September, 2004, passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal No. 110 of 2001. The contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that there was no premeditation on the part of the petitioner is devoid of any merit, in view of the specific observations made by this Court in the judgment.
