The learned counsel for the respondent husband after arguing for some time submitted that the application be allowed. In view of the same, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) The RCS No.12 of 2019 pending in the court of CJJD, Shrirampur, District Ahmednagar is transferred to the Family Court, Nashik for disposal according to law.

(iii) The respondent is directed to appear before Family Court, Nashik on or before 25/01/2023.

(iv) The Family Court Nashik is directed to dispose the aforesaid proceeding as early as possible.

(iv) The application is disposed of accordingly.
