SHAMLA SHIVAJIRAO EKHANDE ...

Advocate for Petitioners : Syed G R ...

CORAM : V.L.ACHLIYA,J.

DATED : 20TH APRIL,2016 PER COURT :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Perused the impugned orders. Being aggrieved by the order dated 24/8/2012, passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Nanded granting temporary injunction in favour of the plaintiff, the petitioner had preferred appeal before the District Court. Vide judgment and order dated 30/10/2012, learned District Judge has dismissed the appeal. There are concurrent findings recorded by both the Courts below in favour of the plaintiff. There are no substantial grounds made out to interfere with the order in exercise of writ jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. In view of this, Petition is devoid of any substance and merit therein. Accordingly, Petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
