Learned Advocate for the applicant seeks leave to amend the prayer clause. Leave is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

Motion has been moved for speaking to the minutes of order dated 21.04.2025 passed in Criminal Application No.3412 of 2023. It is pointed out that in line No.7 of paragraph No.2 and in clause No.II of the operative order, the words "Charge-sheet No.218 of 2024" have been wrongly mentioned instead of "Charge-sheet No.218 of 2023". 2.

Taking into consideration the same, in the said order dated 21.04.2025, in line No.7 of paragraph No.2 and in clause No.II of the operative order, the words "Charge-sheet No.218 of 2024" be replaced with "Charge-sheet No.218 of 2023".
