None appears for the petitioner. While the matter was called on 27-11-2017, there had been no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. As such, the matter was adjourned to 28-11-2017. Today also, nobody appears as observed above. 2.

As such, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 3.

However, it may not be out of place to refer to that the petition purports to pose challenge to order dated 27-09-2013 on application exhibit-15 in regular civil suit no. 75 of 2013 pending in the court at Yawal against the order rejecting the application for addition of parties.

2 WP - 1687-2014 4.

This court had issued notice in February, 2014. There has been no interim relief operating. In the circumstances, it appears that the matter must have proceeded with further.
