Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

This is a successive bail application of the applicant after rejection of his earlier bail application on 30.06.2022 by this Court. 3.

The primary requirement for successive bail application is the change in circumstances. The earlier bail application was heard extensively and then the Court expressed disinclination to

7-ABA-1525-23.odt grant bail; therefore, on instructions his bail application was withdrawn. The record is the same. The facts are also the same. The applicant could not satisfy the Court that there are change in circumstances. The Court had considered the entire facts and his position at the hearing of his earlier bail application and opined that he had no case for anticipatory bail. It is really surprising that since June-2022 the police could not arrest him. Hence, the present anticipatory bail application stands dismissed. ( S. G. MEHARE ) JUDGE rrd
