Mr. Ashtekar, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that by detail reasons, the representation of the petitioner is decided under order dated 4th April, 2017.

According to Mr.Nagargoje, learned counsel for the petitioner, the said decision is not in conformity with the report dated 13th July, 2015, and so also, erroneous on various grounds.

3, As the decision has been taken though belatedly, contempt stands purged. The petitioner is at liberty to assail the said decision in accordance with law.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of. No costs.
