The petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to the Respondents to complete the work of water supply scheme under Bharat Nirman Project for Village Rui, Tq. Kandhar, Dist. Nanded. The concerned Respondents have present an affidavit-in-reply, wherein it has been stated that, the project work is completed and the scheme is made functional in the year 2013.
