By placing on record the order dated 4th November, 2025 passed by the Chief Executive Officer, learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad contends that arrears of salary is sanctioned to the petitioner and demand for the same is raised with the Director of Education and as soon as the same is received the same will be paid to the petitioner. The said order is marked as "X" for identification purpose. 2.

In the said order, the petitioner is permitted to join at Zilla Parishad School at Golegaon.

The Director shall release all the monetary benefits of the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. It is made clear that if the monetary benefits are not paid to the petitioner within the stipulated time, the same will be treated as aggravated form of contempt.
