The petitioners are aggrieved that the benefits under the excellent works scheme has not been paid to them. Their representations dated 13.8.2020 and 7.9.2020 are pending with respondent Nos. 5 and 6, authorities of the Zilla Parishad. 2.

The learned advocate representing respondent Nos. 5 and 6 submits that if this Court grants a time frame, the representations would be considered on their own merits.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.
