PER COURT :- The petitioner is said to have presented a complaint to the Petroleum Company on 23.9.2014, which is not attended to, by the said Company. The petitioner is, as such, praying for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to take appropriate decision on the complaint tendered by him.

Without entering into merits of the controversy, this petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.2 to take appropriate decision on the complaint tendered by petitioner on 23.9.2014, by observance of the scheme and the Regulations
