PER COURT :

1) Mr. Dhage the learned counsel submits that, the petitioner is entitled for the time bound promotional benefits. 2) According to Mr. Tope the learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad, no proposal is received by the Education Officer regarding time bound promotional benefits.

3) Mr. Pawar the learned counsel for the Headmaster states that the Headmaster would forward the proposal to the

4) In light of that, we pass the following order -

ORDER

A) The Headmaster shall forward the proposal as agreed by them regarding the benefits of time bound promotion to the Education Officer.

B) On receipt of the said proposal the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits expeditiously, preferably within three (3) months.

5) Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
