The order passed below Exh. 1 - an application under Section 457 of Code of Criminal Procedure, by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Georai, in M.C.A. No. 411 of 2013, refusing release of amount of Rs. 15,11,000/-, seized in crime in question, in favour of the applicant/complainant is questioned in the present proceedings. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Georai has rejected the prayer of the applicant for release of the amount.

In this background, it will be appropriate to issue following direction so as to meet the end of justice.

(a) The amount seized be immediately invested in fixed deposit of a Nationalized Bank initially for a period of three months. (b) The trial Court is directed to decide the trial expeditiously within period of three months.
