The learned AGP points out that the Petitioners being employees of the State Government, will have to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for seeking service benefits in view of Section 3(q) and Section 15(1) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that this matter may be transferred to the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off from the file of this Court. The Registry shall transfer the proceedings to the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal at Aurangabad, expeditiously.
