This application is moved for restoration of the writ petition. The registration was refused by conditional order dated 21-03-2022 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court as the petitioner could not remove the office objections within stipulated period.

The petitioner is now ready to remove the office objections.

The order dated 21-03-2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this court stands quashed and set aside to the extent of WP(st)/34702/2021 subject to the petitioner removing the office objections within three weeks from today.
