This motion is for speaking to the minutes of order dated 24.10.2024 passed in BA No. 1788 of 2024. It is submitted that name of the Police Station recorded in paragraph no. 2 of the order is incorrect. Instead of Police Station Nanalpth, District Parbhani, it should have been Manatha Police Station, District Nanded. It is an obvious mistake which is verified from the record.

Necessary correction in paragraph no. 2 of the order replacing name of Police Station from Nanalpeth, District Parbhani, by Manatha Police Station, District Nanded, be carried out. 4.
