Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Though, respondents are duly served, none appears for them.

Being aggrieved by the judgment and award passed by the Member, MACT, Aurangabad dated 19.3.2018 in MACP No.336 2016, the original claimant has preferred the appeal, which is delayed by a period of 95 days.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, by impugned judgment and award, the Tribunal has directed to pay the compensation partly to the aaa/-

ca 14007.2018.odt applicant. The applicant has incurred huge medical expenses for the medical treatment. Her fnancial condition is very poor and therefore the applicant could not approach to this Court within time.

Though, respondents are duly served, none appears for them.

In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Civil application accordingly disposed off.
