PER COURT :- 1.

The petitioners before us seek direction to the Tahsildar and the Deputy Superintendent of Land Record, Patoda, to carry out the measurement of all lands adjacent to the Patoda Chumbali Panand road for demarcation of Panand road. The petitioners pray for issuance of writ of mandamus.

Before approaching this court, the petitioners have not approached any authority, the Civil Court or the Mamlatdars' Court, for appropriate decision on a grievance, which has been voiced in this petition.

In view of the above, we are not inclined to entertain this petition.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may avail of the remedy of approaching the Civil Court or the authority under the Mamlatdars' Courts Act, 1906. 5.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The petitioners are at liberty to avail of the remedy, as is permissible in law.
