Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the measurement was not properly conducted, the marking is also not properly done.

According to the learned counsel for the respondents, the joint measurement was carried out, award has been passed and the road has already been constructed. The award is also passed after the measurement was conducted.

The position has become irreversible. In case, the petitioners feel that their excess lands have been affected, they may get their lands measured in accordance with the due process of law and thereafter may take appropriate steps. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
