In fact steps are not taken by the applicants to bring LR's of deceased respondent No.3 on record. Learned counsel for the appellant records no objection for allowing the application. In the interest of justice the application is allowed. Delay in bringing LR's of deceased Devidas Govind Wani- original respondent No.3 is condoned. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'. 3.

Original Appellant to carry out amendment within a period of four weeks.
