DATED : 18 NOVEMBER 2024 PER COURT :- The petitioner, who is same in both the writ petitions and has been running a tea stall at Parbhani Railway station, is seeking direction for consideration of her representation against imposition of penalty, in writ petition No. 12345 of 2024. She is seeking permission for use of electric cooking gadget at the station canteen and seeking direction to consider her application / representation to that effect, dated 18.4.2024, in writ petition No. 12354 of 2024.
