Present application has been filed by the original claimant for getting the delay of 218 days condoned in filing first appeal.

Respondent Nos.1 and 3 are served, however, failed to appear. Learned Advocate for respondent No.2 has strong objection on the ground that the delay has not been properly explained.

Taking into consideration the fact that the applicant is an agriculturist, who wants to file the appeal for enhancement in the compensation due to the disability he had suffered, delay stands condoned.
