The applicant/original petitioner prays that respondent No.4 can be served through substituted service. It is stated that the notice would be published in Marathi "Daily Sakal" (Beed Edition). 2.

This civil application is allowed. Issue notice to respondent No.4, returnable on 17/11/2017. The applicant shall have the notice published in Marathi "Daily Sakal", Beed Edition, at least 10 days prior to the returnable date and shall place the copy of the news paper on record.
