This motion is made for speaking to minute in respect of orders dated 9th November, 2017. It is submitted that appearance of Adv. Mr. B.R. Surwase, learned Advocate is wrongly recorded as Advocate for respondent No.4, instead Mrs.R.D. Reddy, learned Advocate appears for respondent No.4. Appearance of Mrs. Reddy be shown in place of Mr. Surwase, as Advocate for respondent No.4 in both the matters. So also, in para 3 of the orders, in place of Adv. Mr. Surwase, name of Adv. Mrs.Reddy be substituted.
