We have heard learned Advocate for the applicant, learned AGP and Mr. Jadhavar leaned advocate for he respondents 5 to 7.

In the present petition, the petitioner seeks leave to amend the writ petition and assail the no confidence motion passed against the present petitioner. The respondents/non applicants will have every opportunity to to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment.

In light of above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Necessary amendments be

carried out within one week. Civil application disposed of.

Place the matter on 30.09.2019 so as to enable the respondents to file affidavit. Interim orders passed earlier to continue till then.
