In view of possible alternate remedy in the form of revision pursuant to provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 present writ petition is not being entertained and is disposed of, with liberty to petitioner to prosecute said alternate remedy, as contended by other side.

If it comes to condonation of delay, the period consumed in pendency of present writ petition shall receive its due.
