Petitioner is pursuing competitive examination, so she require the caste validity certificate. Her claim is pending before the respondent No. 2/Scrutiny Committee.

In view of the submissions of the petitioner, the respondent No. 2/Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within three (03) months from today.
