2] Prayer clause (C), which is the main prayer clause of this petition reads thus :- "By a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions, the respondents be directed to decide his caste claim within the stipulated period."

3] Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 stated that the hearing of this case before the Committee is in progress and will be finished soon.

4] The petition can be disposed of by the following order :- [a] Respondent No.2 shall committee shall complete the hearing of
