This application is filed seeking suspension of substantive sentence of 02 years rigorous imprisonment imposed on the applicant vide order dated 20/09/2022, by the Special Court (POCSO Act), Ahmednagar, in Special Case No.420/2020. 3.

Applicant was on bail during trial and he has not misused the facility of bail. Applicant has deposited the fine amount and considering the short-term sentence, his sentence is suspended for appeal period by the trial Court.

Application is, therefore, allowed. Substantive sentence of imprisonment of the applicant is hereby suspended. Applicant be SVH

Fees of the learned advocate appointed for respondent No.2 is quantified at Rs.2,500/-. The High Court Legal Services, Sub-Committee, Aurangabad, to pay the same within a period of four weeks.
