Mr. T.K. Prabhakaran h/f Mr. A.D. Shinde waives notice for the respondent-sole in the Appeal. 7.

For all the above reasons, the appeal is also admitted. Print of the paperbook is dispensed with. 8.

Action under section 390 of the Code of Criminal Procedure be taken.

The concerned learned Judicial Magistrate First Class to release the present respondent - Bhanudas Kruji Pawar on bail, upon his execution of P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount, with an undertaking to the respondent, to remain present in the present appeal.
