ORDER :

The application is filed for condonation of delay of 26 days caused in filing of appeal against judgment and order of SCC No. 4331/2011 which was pending in the Court of J.M.F.C., Aurangabad. The respondent is acquitted of the offences punishable under sections 85 (e) r/w. 85 (ii) of the E.S.I.C. Act. The applicant is a corporation. It is the contention of the applicant that it is required to process the matter and take opinion and approval. In view of the contentions made in the applications and submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. Application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
