Mr. Syed, learned counsel for the applicants submits that inadvertently the office objections could not be removed by the applicants within the time granted. As such, the registration of First Appeal was refused by order dated 16.04.2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Mr. Syed undertakes that the office objections would be removed within four weeks from today if the First Appeal is restored to its original position. He assures that failure to do so will disentitle him from seeking any further extension.

In view of this, Civil Application stands allowed. 4.

The order dated 16.04.2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court in FAST/5697/2024 and CAST/5699/2024 is quashed and set aside.

First Appeal Stamp No.5697 of 2024 and Civil Application Stamp No.5699 of 2024 be restored to its original position. 6.

The applicants shall remove all of the office objections, as assured, within four weeks from today, failing to which this order shall not remain in operation and the First Appeal shall stand de-registered as per the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
