1] Heard both sides. Since the court was not inclined to grant relief, learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that applicant No.2 is appearing for written examination for the post of `Constable'. which is to be held on 30.11.2021. It may be directed that he shall not be arrested for a period of 4 days from today. 2] In view of submission, the application is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed of. However, considering the submission that the applicant No.2 desires to appear for written examination, the applicant No.2 shall not be arrested for a period of 4 days from today.
