This Court by order dated 20.03.2023 had recorded that on so many occasions the petition was adjourned at the request of the petitioner. In the matter, even notice is not yet issued. Today, when the matter is called out, learned advocate for the petitioner mentions that the petitioner wants to engage some other lawyer. In the order dated 20.03.2023 it was made clear that, if the matter is not argued today, the same will be dismissed. In spite of this, no one appears to argue the matter. It is seen that, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. As it is, a challenge is to an order passed in Criminal Revision Application No. 80/2018 dated 20.10.2020 and this petition was filed two years thereafter that is on 12.10.2022.

In view of this, the criminal writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
