This is an application for withdrawal of the remaining amount. This Court, on 13th August, 2015, had allowed the applicants 1 and 2 to withdraw an amount to the extent of 50%. Considering applicants 3 and 4 as minors, there share was to be deposited.

Applicant No.5 is dead. Naturally the share given to applicant No.5 will be disbursed amongst applicants 1 to 4. In light of that, the amount is allowed to be withdrawn by respondents 1 to 2. The applicants 3 and 4 are entitled to withdraw their share on attaining age of majority.
