Learned counsel Mr. Koralkar, along with objection petitioner, learned counsel Mr. Sangle along with representative officer of the acquiring body Smt. S. B. Korake, Executive Engineer and the learned Addl. G. P. are present before panel. They seek permission to withdraw the first appeals as well as cross objections by tendering terms of compromise.

We have ascertained the identification of the objection petitioner with the assistance of his learned counsel. 3.

Parties seek leave to withdraw the first appeals as well as cross objections in view of the terms of compromise, which is at Exhibit 'X'.

The respondent/acquiring body shall deposit amount of compensation before this Court within a period of one year from today. Same shall be treated as an undertaking. On deposit of amount, the appellants/claimants are permitted to withdraw the same along with accrued interest, if any.

The appellants/claimants make a statement that except them, there are no other stake holders to the subject matter covered by the present appeals.

First appeals as well as cross objections are disposed of in terms of compromise Exhibit - X and minutes of order passed today.

7.

The court fees be refunded as per rules.

8.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
