This application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 613 days caused in filing the Cross Objection in First Appeal challenging judgment and award dated 26/09/2013, passed by learned 2nd Joint C.J.S.D., Jalna, in L.A.R. No.310/2010. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. Cross objection be registered. However, it is made clear that the applicant will not be entitled for any interest for the delayed period, in case the cross objection is allowed. Civil application stands disposed off.
