The applicant/ original respondent no.1 prays for listing the writ petition for final hearing and also prays for withdrawal of amount of Rs.226895/- plus interest. It is submitted that the said amount is towards the back wages. The applicant has already withdrawn an amount of Rs.1.50 lac vide order dated 25.10.2010. As the petition is yet to be heard finally and 09 years have passed by, the applicant is in need of money and therefore, prays for withdrawal.

The learned advocate for the management has strenuously opposed the application. It is stated that the writ petition is ready for final hearing.

*2* 961ca11642o19 Considering the above and the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. The applicant would withdraw an amount of Rs.1.50 lac from this Court by tendering his recent photograph, latest permanent address proof and a copy of his identity card issued by the Election Commission of India or the Adhaar Card issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India.

Rest of the amount shall be invested in a fixed deposit receipt by the Registry in any nationalized bank at Aurangabad. List the writ petition for final hearing on 12.12.2019. kps (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
