By this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that his caste claim belonging to 'Koli Malhar' pending with the Caste Scrutiny Committee since 28.10.2024 be decided. It has been informed by the learned AGP that the vigilance cell report has been submitted to the Caste Scrutiny Committee.

Considering the same, we direct the Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of two months from today.
