These appeals are placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr.D.M. Kakade, Advocate for the appellants, Mr. S.R. Yadav-Lonikar, AGP for the respondent/State, Mr.Shrimant Mundhe h/f. Mr.R.R. Imale, Advocate for respondent No.3 in FA928/22 and Mr.R.A. Tambe, Advocate for respondent No.3 in FA3393/2022 are present.

The learned Advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification.

Both the parties are satisfied with the settlement terms. Hence, the matters have been settled in terms of the settlement-deed mentioned above.

After the acquiring body deposited money in terms of the settlement, it be released to the respective appellants forthwith. 05.
The appeals are disposed off in terms of compromise terms ("X"). 06.
The award be drawn up accordingly.

The court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.
