On 109.10.2024, this Court passed an order in Criminal Application No. 2769 of 2023 as under:

"While hearing the matter it has been noticed that the Applicant has shown the Non-Applicant No.2 - Suresh Kisanrao Gorantayal (dead person) and Non-Applicant No.3 - Smt. Janabai Pandurang Malode (dead person) as party Non-Applicants. Therefore, on 04.09.2023 this Court inadvertently issued notice to the Respondents instead of issuing notice to the Non-Applicant No.1. Therefore, the Applicant is hereby directed to delete the name of Non-Applicant Nos.2 and 3. Such amendment be carried out forthwith."

In view of this order, Criminal Application No. 4068 of

914appln2760-23 2024 does not survive and it is disposed off accordingly. 3.

In Criminal Application No. 2769 of 2023, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks short accommodation to argue the matter on merit. Stand over to 25.02.2025.
