The counsels for both sides as well as their clients who are authorised persons of the litigating sides are present today. 3.

A report has been submitted by the learned Registrar (Judicial) along with compromise/settlement pursis supported by affidavits and documents. The parties have amicably settled the dispute of recovery of amount by arriving at a settlement. The dispute is purely commercial in nature. The report indicates that the parties have been duly identified and

( 2 ) CRA-8-2025 2 there is verification of the terms of the settlement. I find no difficulty in accepting the report as well as compromise/settlement pursis. 4.

I have also ascertained the identification of the parties present before the Court with the assistance of the learned counsel for both the parties. It is informed that the Commercial Suit no.10 of 2022 pending before the District Judge-2, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, is listed on 21.11.2025. Present revision application is emanating from the order passed under Order VII Rule 11 of C.P.C. The parties propose to dispose of the suit itself in the High Court. There is no impediment in accepting the request. 5.

Civil Revision Application as well as Commercial Suit no.10 of 2022 pending before the District Judge-2, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar are disposed of in terms of compromise/settlement pursis. 6.

The compromise/settlement pursis was form part of the decree. 7.

Decree be drawn accordingly.
