Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.4. The same is not yet decided.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos. 1 to 4 and submits that in case the proposal is pending, then the authority would decide it in accordance with law. 3.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exh. C page 14) is pending

wp7152.18 with respondent no.4, then respondent no.4 shall decide it, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within four months from today.
