Learned Advocate for applicants submits that he had informed the applicants about the order and the fact that they should deposit the cost amount, However, they are not responding.

The payment of the cost was with some purpose and when the said condition is not obeyed by the applicants, we recall the order dated 24th September, 2024.

The First Information Report and the charge sheet i.e. Regular Criminal Case No. 1514 of 2021 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ahmednagar stands revived.

The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ahmednagar is directed to take up the further proceedings including issuance of non-bailable warrant against the applicants, if they are not remaining present in the matter.
