Applications for withdrawal of amount:

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The applications are for withdrawal of amount deposited in the office of this Court by the appellant. 50% of the amount deposited in this Court by the appellant is already permitted to be withdrawn by the

917 ca.11933.24 ANR.odt earlier order dated 14th March, 2018. However, thereafter, this Court has passed order in similar application bearing Civil Application No.1241 of 2024 allowing the applicants therein to withdraw further 25% of the amount on the condition of furnishing solvent security/surety of the like amount. In view of the same, the following order is passed:-

O R D E R

I.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw further 25% of the amount deposited in this Court with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The remaining amount be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank till disposal of the appeal. II.

With this, both the civil applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.
